Wide Area Search Training

Every year our team members put in 70-80 hours of training to make sure they are equipped and ready to do their jobs should we be called up in a disaster situation.  This past weekend, 4 of our members participated in a 20 hour Wide Area Search training course with the Texas A&M Engineering Extension (TEEX) and was hosted by one of our partner agencies, Trenton Fire Department in Trenton, TX.

This 20 hour course is a basic requirement for any member to be deployed in the field and is a foundational piece to which we can build on.

We celebrate with them as they continue to advance in their training and leadership within the MDR organization!
