When disaster strikes, families often face the first overwhelming hours alone. Minuteman Disaster Response (MDR) exists to change that. We deploy trained, self-sufficient volunteers across the United States to provide immediate support at no cost to the communities we serve.

For fifteen years, MDR has responded to tornadoes, hurricanes, flooding, and wildfires with disciplined stewardship and operational excellence. We operate debt free and invest eighty-nine percent of every donated dollar directly into mission operations.

The Lamplighter Gala is our annual night to honor and engage sponsors whose generosity provides the mission-critical resources that empower MDR to be ready when disaster strikes.
